Carrot Rounds

In a medium bowl; combine carrots (Shredded 500 ml), eggs (2), milk (30 ml), onion (finely chopped 30 ml), dry bread crumbs (30 ml), salt (2 ml), worcestershire sauce (1 ml) and pepper(5 ml). Mix well. Make into round patties approximately 1/3 cup (75 ml) each. In a large skillet; melt oil (30 ml) over medium heat. Fry patties until golden brown; flip over and continue cooking.
